Doctor Lubhana has not only helped to work on the primary reason I was going to therapy for but has also helped me in personality development, timely management of stress, management of relationships and anxiety. I’ve been with different therapists, I think it’s the first time I can say that I’ve truly found a therapist who not only provides me with utmost comfort but is great with her work. I can see change in myself like never before. I would truly really recommend Dr. Lubhana for her outstanding work.

While Lubhana is extremely professional, it was her warmth that captured my heart. While undergoing marital counselling, she helped us understand each other a lot better and encouraged openness. While the initial sessions were fraught with tension, we could slowly move into a comfortable space to rebuild our relationship. When I also required some personal counselling due to a lack of self confidence amongst other issues, Lubhana guided me through the same and I’ll always be thankful for her trust and support. I would recommend her any day!

Lubhana has an amazing understanding of human behaviours. She is quick to understand and articulate the underlying emotion and has helped me to build coping mechanisms for long standing anxiety and trauma. She has helped me to understand and accept myself for who I am.

Dr Lubhana is very a friendly, competent and professional doctor.

She has always made me feel at ease hence I can discuss anything under the sun with her. Also, as compared to some other doctors, she has a rather pleasant and sunny disposition which helps and an encouraging attitude towards her patients.

I always feel better after talking with her because she is able to provide reasonable insight into any underlying issues and she does suggest some good practical solutions.

One of the best things that I like about this doctor is that she is a very mature, highly educated and experienced practitioner, unlike the previous counselors I had visited who were either too young and/or did not have sufficient experience, or I did not feel satisfied with them.

Dr Malik has been my therapist for a few months now and we’ve been working together on many issues as a team. She is not only friendly and attentive, but is also very good at what she does. Mental health is a priority for me and Dr Malik is just the right therapist to help me through this journey, which can be tough and gruelling, but also rewarding and necessary. If not for her persistence, I might have thought that things can’t get better. But they always can - that’s how much I trust my therapy.
